Accelerating Sweden’s space economy
Space Sweden’s goal is to accelerate commercialisation and strategic collaboration across Sweden’s space sector. Our vision is for Sweden to become one of Europe’s leading and most innovative nations in the space economy and to build the highest concentration of space unicorns per capita in the world within the next decade.
Founded across Sweden
Built by four leading deep-tech and space incubators
Space Sweden was founded by four leading deep-tech and space incubators from across Sweden: Ideon in Lund, Innovatum in Trollhättan, Uppsala Innovation Centre in Uppsala and Arctic Business in Luleå. The four organisations have a long-standing relationship through their joint operation of ESA BIC Sweden on behalf of ESA, the Swedish National Space Agency and Vinnova.
